Las Vegas is a horrible city. It attracts horrible people with horrible mountains of cash. The cash is spent on horrible things. My friends found a Ping Pong ball under their couch. There was no Ping Pong table. It stayed under the couch.
Everybody we met at the festival were like-minded. We all thought Las Vegas was ridiculous, yet all seemed to be enjoying everything about it.
We sat in rows while industry leaders talked about good ideas and why their respective agencies made the best ideas the best. We listened in on the judging process, which provided some handy ammunition for the return to our agencies.
The ‘Creative Conversation’ attendees were brilliant, talented, friendly and likeable. All of them made me completely jealous. I hate them all.
