Being a part of the Creative LIAisons was a privilege, as this program that calls for 100 young creatives from all over the world is a window to new ways of thinking.
I think that this experience helped me to meet people as diverse as the ideas in a festival. It helped me get to cool concepts and learn others to put into practice in my professional life by seeing closely the criteria of people who have a clear creative vision. This experience was a way to open the minds to a new generation of creatives and keep in touch with the reality of the industry and of the awards.
In an interview I was asked, "how important awards are in advertising" and my answer was: awards interest me, because of the recognition given to the work that we do every day. The work is designed to be recognized by the public, but does not always resonate with the public, so it is great when a piece of work is recognized by our peers.
For now, I have the satisfaction of having been in a privileged lace full of people from many cultures, having learned about sites that I did not know and having learned a little more about this beautiful profession I’m in.
