First of all, it is the greatest thing that LIA invites young creatives from all over the world and fully funds this initiative instead of having a big awards show. Investing resources and time into the development of the next generation of creatives and the great work of tomorrow is something I personally, deeply appreciate. For the overall experience I can just say: It was a blast. Inspiring and approachable speakers open for dialogue, interesting and passionate young creatives and lots of new friends from all over the world sharing their thoughts and ideas and a lot of drinks and all of this in one of the most inspiring cities in the world.
