I can't stop talking about how fun and inspiring it was to be at Creative LIAisons. I seriously consider it a big turning point in my career. In an industry that over glorifies its leadership, it was a great equalizing experience being treated with such respect, especially in the same room as some of the greatest people in advertising. It’s that equality that allowed for an open forum between CCOs and juniors about the work, the industry, and most importantly why we do what we do. I'm very grateful I was a part of it.
