Kelle Jacob is a Strategic Innovation Manager with over five years of experience identifying new product and business development opportunities for the Estée Lauder Companies Inc. During her tenure she has held positions in Global Product Development for MAC Cosmetics and Corporate Innovation. She is currently a member of the North America Innovation and Strategy Team. In this role, she uses her keen insight of trends and market opportunities both within and outside the beauty industry to identify product, retail, and strategic opportunities to grow the corporation’s North America business across all beauty segments.
Ms. Jacob is also a founder and Executive Co-Chair of the Estee Lauder Companies Millennial Employee Resource Group, GenNEXT. She leads the group’s efforts to support innovation and ensure the corporation’s continued relevancy among this influential consumer group, by working closely with senior leaders across the organization and leveraging GenNEXT’s 500 global members.
She holds a Bachelors of Arts with a concentration in Media Studies from Hunter College and a Masters of Professional Studies in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
